Pintec Group provided mechanical labour for a new build 101 Suite Care Home, situated in the heart of Whitstable, Kent. Pintec Group carried out plumbing, heating, and drainage works on this project, initially for a large M&E contractor and later directly for the main contractor. The building offers 101 bedrooms with en-suites, distributed over three and four levels, including a partial basement level. It also features a Day Care Center, four communal assisted bathrooms, communal living quarters, a Hair & Beauty salon, medical care rooms, and staff offices/training rooms.
